Customers should verify interoperability with other Riverbed products by reviewing KB article S27459 (SteelCentral Interoperability).
IMPORTANT UPGRADE ALERT:
Starting with release 11.20, AppResponse alerts users if/when there is a change in the status of monitoring ports/interfaces. When you upgrade to 11.20, this will erroneously flag unused monitoring ports/interfaces that are down (e.g., ports that not physically connected to anything) and change overall System Health to yellow/red. Please disable these ports to stop AppResponse from flagging the status of these ports.
UPGRADE INFORMATION:
Starting with the 11.19.0 release, there are going to be frequent Patch/Maintenance releases to address vulnerabilities in a more timely manner. These Patch/Maintenance releases will affect supported upgrade paths. Please refer KB – S38660 for more details.
