SteelHead EX reached End of Availability (EOA) as of Dec 31, 2015. End of Support (EOS) for all Features (Major and Minor) was reached on Dec 31, 2017. End of Support (EOS) for all HW/SW Maintenance was reached on Dec 31, 2020.
This applies to all SteelHead EX running on EXA 560, 760, 1160, 1260 and 1360 models.
