Aternity Server

Aternity Server is built from a set of loosely-coupled components that are tightly integrated to a highly-scalable solution. It handles the bi-directional communication with the agents, provides the user interface and analytical dashboard views, and all platform configuration, administration and integration are performed centrally from the server components. Aternity Server requires Oracle and the OEM version of Tableau. The Oracle images are available in Related Links on the right. Refer here for additional deployment details.

New Specifications for on-premise 12.3.2
• Aternity on-premise 12.3.2 requires a new license key when deploying Dashboard Server (Tableau). Contact Riverbed support to get the new key.
• Aternity on-premise supports a wide range of deployments with different hardware sizing and network layouts, depending on the number of devices you intend to monitor for performance. Notice that RAM requirements have doubled and make sure the servers meet the requirements.

    o Trial: Dashboard Server requires 64GB

    o Small & Medium: Dashboard Server requires 128GB

    o Large, XLarge, XXLarge: Dashboard Server requires 256GB
