Welcome Aternity customers to Alluvio Aternity with Riverbed
You are reaching this page as we have transitioned the Aternity Support experience to Riverbed Support. Effective Saturday August 27, 2022 Former links and bookmarks to the Aternity Support website will no longer be available and product support will be delivered via the Riverbed support website as part of our Alluvio – Application Performance Management portfolio.
Riverbed will support all Aternity customers with valid support contracts. The Aternity Support team is now part of Riverbed so customers and partners will continue to receive the highest level of support throughout the transition. Riverbed is pleased to inform you that Support for legacy Aternity products will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For existing customers with active support cases, you will be notified of your new case number to communicate with Technical support using Riverbed Support processes.
