Riverbed will support all Aternity customers with valid support contracts. The Aternity Support team is now part of Riverbed so customers and partners will continue to receive the highest level of support throughout the transition. Riverbed is pleased to inform you that Support for legacy Aternity products will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For existing customers with active support cases, you will be notified of your new case number to communicate with Technical support using Riverbed Support processes.
