End-of-Availability (EOA) Notice

SteelHead xx50 Upgrade SKU’s

1. Announcement Summary

Riverbed Technology hereby announces the end-of-availability of the following upgrade product numbers for the xx50 platform. These part numbers will no longer be available for sale as of November 7, 2017. Customers and partners may continue to order these upgrades through November 6, 2017.

Table 1 identifies the relevant dates for end-of-availability and end-of-support:

End of Support: Hardware / SW Maintenance: EOS date is determined by the EOS date of the platform that the spare/FRU resides in.

2. Migration Plan

These are upgrades for the xx50 platform that was discontinued (EOA’d) a few years ago. xx70 models may be purchased as a replacement.
