Riverbed Support Site
We encourage customers to register for a Riverbed Support account. An account will allow you to manage your account information, submit cases online, access extensive knowledge articles and upgrade to the latest version of software related to your account. You will need access to your Riverbed Product Identifier, which will be emailed on January 30, 2017. After January 30, 2017, if you don't know your Product Identifier, please contact Riverbed Support Customer Care for assistance.
