Downloading update package files

Software update packages must be placed in the download directory of the appliance before they can be installed. To do this:

• Download the update ISO from the from the NetProfiler page on the Riverbed support site.

• Open the Add a different update version section of the Administration > System Operations > Update page, specify the source, and add the update package to the NetProfiler.   more
