About the DNS testing tool
The diagnostic tool at the bottom of the page is useful to troubleshoot common issues with Windows domain authentication when encrypted MAPI or SMB signing is used.
Simply enter the fully qualified Active Directory domain in which the appliance is a member (typically your company domain name), and then run the test.

The test results area is blank until you run the first test. Subsequently, the results of the latest test appear there. An abbreviated form of the time stamp appears in the left margin of each line in the log. Mouse over a time stamp to see the original, full information. Not all log lines have time stamps, because third-party applications generate some of the logging data.
