Alerting

NetProfiler displays a "High," "Medium," or "Low" alert indication in the header at all top-level web user interface pages. The alert indication is displayed in the header until the alert condition no longer exists or is temporarily suppressed ("snoozed") by clicking a control on the event details report for the event.  If configured, NetProfiler also notifies operators or management systems of alerts based on the types and levels of the alerts.
