About appliance configurations
Appliance configurations are located on the Administration > System Settings: Configurations page.
Configurations page
The appliance has an active, running configuration and saved configurations. When you apply changes to appliance settings, the changes are applied to the running configuration, but not saved to disk. When you save settings changes to disk, the system creates a backup of the configuration as it was prior to your changes, and then applies the changes to the running configuration. See

• save settings that have been applied to the running configuration, or revert to the previous configuration.
• save settings to named configurations for different situations.
• activate saved configurations or remove selected configurations.
