stp-controller address
Configures the IP addresses for the SteelHead controller.
Syntax
[no] stp-controller address private-ip <private-ip-address> [public-ip <public-ip-address> port <port>]
Parameters
private-ip <private-ip-address>
Specifies an IP address that is bound to the management interface of the SteelHead that you have chosen to be the SteelHead controller.
The SteelHead controller IP address can be bound to an in-path address if management over the in-path interface is enabled (that is, the SteelHead is managed via the in-path address).
public-ip <public-ip-address> port <port>
Specifies a publicly reachable IP address and port that are translated via NAT to the management interface on the SteelHead running the SteelHead controller.
Usage
Use this command to configure the IP addresses of the SteelHead appliance acting as the SteelHead controller. You must enable the SteelHead controller first by entering the stp-controller enable command.
