Contacting Riverbed Support
If you are experiencing an issue with the installation server, Riverbed Support may request that you send the log file for troubleshooting.
1. To collect the log file, enter the following command:
$ srse_collect_logs.sh
Collecting the following locations:
/var/log/syslog
/var/log/syslog.1
/var/log/syslog.2.gz
/var/log/syslog.3.gz
/var/www/html/nfs/failed_installations
/var/www/html/nfs/installed /var/www/html/nfs/installing
/var/www/html/nfs/to_install

Writing to file /tmp/srse_deploy_logs_20164115_0109_hGvYw3.tar.gz
-----------------------
Logs collected successfully in the file /tmp/srse_deploy_logs_20164115_0109_hGvYw3.tar.gz
Copy the file /tmp/srse_deploy_logs_20164115_0109_hGvYw3.tar.gz for logs.
2. After sending the log file to Riverbed Support, you can delete it.
