ip fqdn override (SteelHead Mobile)
Enables the SteelHead Mobile Client to override the fully qualified domain name.
Syntax
[no] ip fqdn override <domain-name>
Parameters
<domain-name> | Overrides domain name. |
Usage
If set, the fully qualified domain name always refers to the override value.
This command should be used sparingly and very carefully. If the override string has an error in it, the SteelHead Mobile Client will not be able to connect to the SteelHead Mobile until you change this override value.
To change the override domain name value
1. On your endpoint client machine, click the Riverbed icon in your tool bar to open the SteelHead Mobile Client window.
2. Click Settings.
3. Under Configure SteelHead Mobiles, click Configure to open the Configure SteelHead Mobile window.
4. Click Override the controller list and click New.
5. Type a new hostname in the Hostname or IP Address text box and click OK.
6. Click Apply to apply your changes.
