Enables post-quantum cryptography (PQC) protection.

[no] secure-peering quantum-crypto enable

Usage
Post-quantum cryptography (PQC) protection provides protection against “harvest now, decrypt later” attacks by utilizing a hybrid key exchange method that employs classical and quantum safe module lattice-based key encapsulation (ML-KEM) standards available in OpenSSL 3.5 and later.
The no command option disables this feature.
