About legal disclaimers
The Legal disclaimer tab provides a place to add a predefined message that appears each time a user logs in to SAM. For example, “This computer system is the private property of its owner, whether individual, corporate, or government. It is for authorized use only.”
This feature can be overridden at the organization level.
Configuring a legal disclaimer
1. At the realm, choose Realm > Legal disclaimer.
2. Enable the feature, and then enter a message that you would like users to see when they log in.
Overriding the realm legal disclaimer
1. At the organization level, choose Administration > Organization > Legal disclaimer.
2. Specify whether to use the realm setting, specify an organization-specific disclaimer, or disable the feature.
