You can create or modify a login message or a message of the day under Administration > System Settings: Announcements. The login message appears in the Management Console Login page. The message of the day appears in the Dashboard and when you first log in to the CLI. These configuration options are available:

Specifies a message in the text box to appear in the Login page.

Specifies a message in the text box to appear in the Dashboard.
