Dashboard Management
The Administration > General Settings page includes the Dashboard Management section. This section provides a global option for enabling and disabling the inactivity timeout feature for dashboard content. You can also configure the inactivity timeout on a per-dashboard basis when you create or edit a dashboard.
When the Inactivity timeout is turned On, dashboards that are not accessed frequently are not automatically updated. The timeout period lets you specify the number of inactive days before the dashboards stop updating. When someone accesses a dashboard that has be automatically disabled by the inactivity timeout, they will see a message stating that data collection has been disabled due to inactivity along with a link to re-enable data collection.
