VoIP Dependencies - Calls report
The VoIP Dependencies - Calls report is an application report. It reports traffic for connections between clients and servers within the monitored network using Voice over IP applications. These are listed by host pairs with ports or by host group pairs with ports. They are also displayed on a zoomable graph to indicate dependencies. Additionally, the report includes a connection graph that illustrates dependencies between clients and servers using VoIP applications.
If your VoIP application is using RTP, then no inputs are needed to run this report.

Click Host to run the report for host pairs with ports, or

Click Site to run the report for host group pairs with ports.
If you want to specify a different VoIP application,

Click the VoIP Dependencies - Calls link. This displays the Report Criteria section of the report page.

Edit the Applications field as necessary.

Set the Report by field to Host Group Pairs with Ports if you want to report traffic between groups, such as traffic between sites. Alternatively, set it to Host Pairs with Ports to report traffic between all hosts. You can also restrict the report to additional criteria. more

Click Run now.
The Applications field of the Report Criteria section is pre-populated with the VOIP-RTP application. If your network uses different a different application for Voice over IP, you can modify this filed before running report and save your modified version as a report template.
Use the browse tool to select other application entries. Alternatively, you can enter them manually. You can also define a custom application and use the application name as an entry. more
