Accounts
Flow Gateway supports the following types of accounts:
Administrator – can add, audit, delete, or modify the permissions of all other user accounts, and has access to all Flow Gateway functionality.
Operator – can make all setting changes except for user accounts and permissions.
Monitor – can access all views; cannot change settings.
The Configuration > Account Management > User Accounts page lists the user accounts and their roles. The page allows those with Administrator privilege to add, audit, edit, copy and delete user accounts and specify global settings affecting password requirements and login actions.
Additionally, Flow Gateway can authenticate and authorize logins remotely using RADIUS, TACACS+ or SAML. more

Security considerations
To protect Flow Gateway security, Administrators should consider the following when configuring global account settings and creating accounts:
Create an account having only the permission level appropriate to the user’s responsibilities.
Follow your organization's guidelines for password composition and aging.
Use the lowest inactivity timeout value practical for the user role.
Require the user to change the password upon the first login.
