WinSec Controllers
Riverbed WinSec Controller is a standalone, dedicated tier-0 appliance for security-specific functions. WinSec Controller provides a highly secure method for performing security functions for server-side SteelHead appliances without compromising Microsoft-recommended security best practices. WinSec Controller appliances are purpose-built to operate in highly secure environments. For details, see the WinSec Controller User Guide.
These configuration options are available:
Add a New WinSec Controller
Displays the controls for adding a new WinSec Controller.
Server
Specifies the IP address or the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) for the WinSec Controller.
Port
Specifies the WinSec Controller service port for this host. The value must be 7890.
Priority
Specifies the priority for this host. The value must be a number between 1 and 255. The default value is 1.
Add
Adds the WinSec Controller to your deployment.
