This guide describes the requirements and procedures for rack installation for your Riverbed appliance. Each chapter includes instructions for product families. For details on rack installation procedures for SteelFusion Edge appliances, see the SteelFusion Edge Hardware and Maintenance Guide.
For rack installation instructions describing EX560 and EX760 appliances, see the documentation enclosed with the product.
All 2U and 3U appliances must be mounted to a four-post rack; they can’t be mounted to a two-post rack.
