Enables extended peer table support.

Usage
RiOS supports a large number of peers (up to 20,000) per SteelHead. This feature is available only on the SteelHead CX5055, CX7055, CX5070, CX7070, CX3080, CX5080, CX7080, and GX10000. We recommend enabling the extended peer table if you have more than 4,000 peers. After enabling extended peer table support, you must clear the RiOS data store and stop and restart the service.
Example
amnesiac (config) # in-path peering ext-peer-tbl enable
You must clean the datastore while restarting the service for your changes to take effect.
