End-of-Availability (EOA) Notice
SteelHead DX 8000 Spares and Maintenance
For Internal and Partner release March 5, 2018
1. Announcement Summary
Riverbed Technology hereby announces the end-of-support of the SteelHead DX model 8000, along with any associated spares and maintenance. The End-of-Sale of these systems was announced in August 2015 (Original DX8000 EOA Announcement); since then, all DX8000 systems have been removed from customer environments. Therefore, we are no longer offering spares and maintenance for the DX8000 model, effective March 5, 2018.
Table 1 identifies the relevant dates for end-of-availability and end-of-support:
