End-of-Availability (EOA) Notice

1. Announcement Summary
Riverbed Technology hereby announces the end-of-availability of the Steelhead 555 and 755 models. These systems will no longer be available for sale as of October 1st, 2014. Customers and partners may continue to order these systems from Riverbed through September 30th, 2014, subject to availability. Customers may continue to order Riverbed support services, on these systems, subject to Riverbed’s end-of-support policy located at: www.riverbed.com/supportpolicy.

2. Migration Plan
Recommended alternatives for the above platforms are the currently shipping Steelhead® models CX570 & CX770 which are supported on RiOS 8.0.6 onwards.

3. Refurbished Units
Riverbed may have refurbished systems available for sale after the above end of sale dates, supply permitting, provided that the above end of support dates shall apply to those refurbished units. Please contact your local sales representative for availability and details.
