Cascade Express (CAX-360) Appliance

1. Announcement Summary 

Riverbed Technology hereby announces the end-of-availability of the Cascade Express 360 appliance. The SKUs noted below will no longer be available for sale effective April 1, 2014. Customers and partners may continue to order these products from Riverbed through March 31, 2014. Customers may continue to order Riverbed support services, on these products, subject to Riverbed’s end-of-support policy located at: www.riverbed.com/supportpolicy

Table 1 identifies the relevant dates for end-of-availability and end-of-support.

2. MIGRATION PLAN

Customers who have purchased Express 360 can continue to use it and maintenance will continue to be available as outlined in the table above.

Customers should consider the Cascade Express 460 appliance, which provides all of the functionality of Express 360 and more.
