End-of-Availability (EOA) Notice
Zeus Traffic Manager, Load Balancer and Multi-Site Manager configurations
For Internal and Partner release October 31, 2011
1. Announcement Summary
Riverbed Technology hereby announces the end-of-availability of Zeus Traffic Manager and Load Balancer products version 7.x and earlier. These products have been replaced by an alternative set of products now known as Stingray Traffic Manager.
These products will no longer be available for sale effective December 1, 2011. Riverbed will continue to offer software support for these configurations through November 30, 2014 in accordance with the end of support policy published at www.riverbed.com/supportpolicy.

2. Migration Plan
Customers who use a legacy Zeus products (Load Balancer, Traffic Manager, Multi-Site Manager) may migrate to an appropriate Stingray Traffic Manager configuration before the End-of-Support date. Please contact your sales representative to identify the appropriate replacement Stingray SKUs.
Customers who use Zeus Global Load Balancer may migrate to an appropriate Stingray Traffic Manager product that includes Global Load Balancing functionality before the End-of-Support date. Please contact your sales representative to identify the appropriate replacement Stingray SKUs.
3. End-of-Support Policy
Riverbed will not extend customer support contracts for these Zeus legacy products beyond the End-of-Support date except where prior contractual obligations apply. See www.riverbed.com/supportpolicy for details on support levels for these products.
