1. Announcement Summary
Riverbed Technology hereby announces the End-of-Availability of the following Professional Services product numbers, listed in Table 1. These products will no longer be available for sale effective February 3, 2015. Customers and partners may continue to order these products from Riverbed through February 2, 2015. However, it is recommended that the replacement part numbers, noted in table 2, be ordered instead.
Table 1 identifies the relevant dates for end-of-availability:

2. Migration Plan
NetMapper implementation services are being replaced by the SteelCentral NetAuditor implementation services. NetAuditor will be available on the November 2014 price list. NetAuditor implementation subsumes NetMapper implementation.
Table 2 identifies the relevant product numbers that should be used to replace the EOA product’s listed above.
